摘　　要：模块化安装技术已经成功应用于高炉模块化大修、大型转炉安装等冶金工程领域,具有绿色高效的特点,是冶金工程安装新技术的发展方向。为实现轧机改造工程短工期、高质量和安全可靠的目的,创新研发大型轧机模块化安装技术,设计液压提升滑移标准化工装,在生产状态下完成大型轧机离线组装;停产改造期间利用液压提升滑移装置将新轧机整体滑移安装就位,可以大幅度缩短轧线停产改造时间,提高轧机安装效率,降低吊装作业风险,是轧机安装技术的一次创新,对推动冶金建设行业技术进步具有重要意义。Modular installation technology has been successfully applied in the field of metallurgical engineering,such as modular overhaul of blast furnace,installation of large converter and so on.It has the characteristics of green and high efficiency,and is the development direction of new installation technology of metallurgical engineering.In order to achieve the purpose of short construction period,high quality,safety and reliability of the rolling mill transformation project,the modular installation technology of large rolling mill is innovated,the standardized tooling of hydraulic lifting slip is designed,and the off-line assembly of large rolling mill is completed under production condition.During the shutdown and transformation period,the whole slip installation of the new rolling mill is put in place by using the hydraulic lifting slip device,which can greatly shorten the shutdown and transformation time of the rolling line,improve the installation efficiency of the rolling mill and reduce the risk of hoisting operation,which is an innovation of the installation technology of the rolling mill.It is of great significance to promote the technological progress of metallurgical construction industry.
