热切割连接解锁装置设计与功能验证

摘  要:针对卫星部组件连接解锁需求,该文设计一种新型热切割连接解锁装置。热切割连接解锁装置通过热刀加热熔断绳索,从而实现低冲击解锁。首先设计承力主体,通过缠绕纤维形成高预紧力,提出新型棒状热刀,通过仿真优化设计,确定输入电压10~12V。然后通过红外热成像仪测试温度场,热刀棒最高温度500~580℃,与仿真结果基本吻合。最后通过刚度测试、解锁试验验证该装置的力学承载性能。解锁时间2~3 s。该装置可应用于星上太阳能帆板展开、天线展开和载荷展开等场景。Considering the needs to holddown and release components on satellite,a new type of thermal cutting holddown and release mechanism(TCHRM)is designed in this paper.TCHRM employs the principle of cutting fibers by an electrically heated thermal knife.It emits very low release shocks.First of all,the load-bearing body is designed,and a new type of rod-shaped thermal knife is proposed by winding the fiber to form a high pre-tightening force.Through the simulation and optimization design,the input voltage is determined to be 10~12 V.Then the temperature field is measured by infrared thermal imager,and the highest temperature of the thermal knife rod is 500~580℃,which is basically consistent with the simulation results.Finally,the mechanical bearing performance of the device is verified by stiffness test and unlocking test.The release time ranges from 2 s to 3 s.The device can be applied to the deployment of solar panels,antennas,payload,etc.
