摘  要:总结船体结构热应力的计算方法,基于热平衡理论研究某灵便型油船装货温度80℃时的温度场。计算基于内底板设计的许用货物密度。计算强框的屈服和屈曲强度。计算结果显示,叠加协调共同结构规范(Harmonized Common Structural Rules,HCSR)载荷后,温度场引起的热应力会造成舭部结构变形,总应力较大的增加可引起结构屈服和屈曲失效。因此,即使温度小于80℃,也应当在设计时适当考虑温度场影响。研究方法简单快捷,具有重要的工程技术意义。The calculation method of thermal stress of hull structure is summarized,and the temperature field of a handysize tanker at loading temperature of 80℃is studied based on the thermal balance theory.The allowable cargo density based on interior bottom plate design is calculated.The yield strength and buckling strength of strong frame are calculated.The calculation results show that,after the Harmonized Common Structural Rules(HCSR)loads are superimposed,the thermal stress caused by temperature field can cause the bilge structural deformation,and a large increase in total stress can cause the structural yield and buckling failure.Therefore,even if the temperature is less than 80℃,the influence of temperature field should be properly considered in the design.The research method is simple and quick,and is of important engineering significance.
