摘 要:针对当前大部分装配式混凝土结构构件连接所采用的套筒灌浆连接、浆锚搭接连接等方式均存在施工繁琐、成本过高等问题,本文提出了一种基于强搭接理念的预制混凝土结构钢筋连接技术,即利用一种套管连接件实现钢筋搭接连接.通过套管连接件接头拉伸试验、拉拔试验,验证该连接方式的有效性,并探究外包混凝土对套管连接件的影响以及灌浆与否对钢筋接头传力的影响.结果表明:钢筋屈服前未破坏,受拉断裂时套管连接件保持完好,此连接方式有效,且当连接件外包混凝土后,混凝土对试件具有约束偏转的作用,此时管内灌浆与否对钢筋接头传力无显著影响.Considering the problems of complicated construction and the high cost in sleeve grouting connection and grouting anchor lapping connection used in most prefabricated concrete structure members,this paper proposed a kind of reinforced connection technology of precast concrete structure based on the concept of strong lap joint;namely,it used a kind of sleeve connector to realize the reinforced lapping connection.The validity of the connection method was verified by tensile test and pull-out test of casing connectors,and the influence of outer concrete on casing connectors and the influence of grouting on the force transmission of reinforcement joints were explored.The results show that the steel bar is not damaged before yielding,and the casing connector remains intact when the tensile fracture occurs,which is effective.Moreover,when the connector is surrounded with concrete,the concrete has the effect of constraining the deflection of the specimen,and whether there is grouting in the connector or not has no significant effect on the force transfer of the steel bar joint.
