从幕后到台前:融媒体时代藏语主播面临的转型和挑战

摘　　要：融媒体时代信息传播方式的转变,对传统媒体带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。近年来,藏语广播适时进入视频时代,藏语节目短视频受到广大观众的喜爱和关注,在这个过程中,藏语播音员如何更快、更好地向视频主持人转型,事关藏语媒体的发展前景和创新动力。文章从转变思想和固有习惯、提升理论水平和专业能力、树立风格和打造品牌3个方面就藏语音视频播音员主持人的转型问题进行了探讨,认为面对视频时代,播音员主持人只有不断学习理论知识,提高专业素养,加强知识储备,熟悉传播规律,树立个人风格,才能制作出更多高质量、受欢迎的作品,从而更好地为维护祖国统一,加强民族团结,铸牢中华民族共同体意识服务。Traditional media is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges with the transformation of information transmission mode in the era of convergence media.In recent years,Tibetan broadcasting has timely entered the era of video,and short videos of Tibetan language programs are also favored and concerned by the majority of audiences.In this process,it is very important for the development and innovation of Tibetan media how to transform Tibetan announcers into video hosts in a faster and better way.This paper discusses the transformation of Tibetan announcers from voice to video from three aspects:changing their thoughts and habits,improving their theoretical level and professional ability,setting up style and building brand.The author believes that in the face of video time,the announcer host only by constantly learning theory knowledge,improve their professional quality,strengthening the knowledge reserve,familiar with the propagation law,establish personal style,to produce more high quality,popular works,to better maintain the reunification of the motherland,strengthening ethnic unity,and cast up the sense of community of the Chinese nation.
