摘　　要：一份海洋网联船务(ONE)与长荣海运的合作协议呼之欲出,预示了一个新的趋势、新的业态:航运联盟正在从单个班轮公司联盟走向跨盟的“盟上加盟”。在此基础上,沿产业链供应链进行的“跨业联盟”也开始叩动门环。“山雨欲来风满楼”,一个从1.0到2.0再到3.0的航运联盟新时代,正裹挟着新变局下的风云扑面而来。Ocean Network Express Pte.Ltd.(ONE)is nailing down a cooperation agreement with Evergreen Marine Corp.,which indicates a new trend and new business model,i.e.,shipping alliances are evolving from alliances between individual liner companies to alliances between alliances.On this basis,alliances cross industries along the industrial chain and the supply chain are on the threshold.“A raging gale comes before a storm.”A new era of shipping alliances that has been evolving from Edition 1.0,to 2.0 and 3.0 is coming imminently amidst the winds of changes.
