区块链技术应用对我国乡镇企业融资的影响研究

摘　　要：乡村振兴离不开乡镇企业的发展。当前,我国乡镇企业发展态势虽整体向好,却依然受制于融资难和融资贵等因素,与此同时,区块链技术在我国金融领域,尤其是普惠金融领域,逐步得到重视与应用。本文以区块链技术为切入点,分析其对乡镇企业融资的影响。通过对区块链技术影响乡镇企业融资的耦合机理的研究发现,区块链技术可通过共享机制“校准”信息不对称,共识机制“降频”实物抵押度,合约机制“稀释”歧视性因子以及溯源机制“侦测”交易链风险有效缓解乡镇企业融资困境,提出基于区块链技术下乡镇企业融资“一主两翼”策略的应用模式,并进一步就区块链技术如何有效助推乡镇企业融资有针对性地提出了建议。Rural revitalization is inseparable from the development of township enterprises.At present,although the development trend of China’s township enterprises is good as a whole,they are still restricted by factors such as difficulty in financing and high financing costs.At the same time,blockchain technology has gradually gained attention and application in China’s financial field,especially in the field of inclusive finance.This paper takes blockchain technology as an entry point to analyze its impact on the financing of township enterprises.Through the study of the coupling mechanism of blockchain technology affecting the financing of township enterprises,it is found that blockchain technology can“calibrate”the information asymmetry through the sharing mechanism,“downscale”the physical collateral degree through the consensus mechanism,“dilute”the contract mechanism,and“detecting”transaction chain risk through traceability mechanism.The application model of“one main and two wings”strategy for financing of township enterprises based on blockchain technology is proposed,and further suggestions are made on how blockchain technology can effectively pro-mote financing of township enterprises.
