摘  要:以新疆SJZ泵站水泵选型为实例,根据单台机组设计流量、扬程、比转速等参数与轴向力平衡加工技术要求,充分考虑技术可靠性和经济合理性,从运行效率、临界空化余量、开挖深度和加工难度等方面进行了分析、比较,最终选择卧式双级双吸离心泵的结构形式。为消除轴向推力,叶轮采用两级加压背靠背的布置方式,并在两级泵腔间设置导叶式过渡流道以保障机组高效性与稳定性。水泵叶轮与泵壳材质分别采用双相不锈钢DIN1.4474与铸钢ZG230-450,并在出口锥管支架设立钢镇墩以减少机组移位的风险。Taking the pump selection of SJZ pumping station in Xinjiang as an example,according to the design flow,head,specific speed and other parameters of a single unit and the technical requirements of axial force balance processing,taking full consideration of technical reliability and economic rationality,the analysis and comparison are made from the aspects of operation efficiency,critical net positive suction head,excavation depth and processing difficulty,and finally the structural form of horizontal double-stage double-suction centrifugal pump is selected.In order to eliminate the axial thrust,the impeller is arranged in a two-stage pressure back-to-back manner,and a guide vane transition channel is set between the two-stage pump chambers to ensure the efficiency and stability of the unit.The pump impeller and pump case are made of duplex stainless steel DIN1.4474 and cast steel ZG230-450 respectively,and steel piers are set up in the outlet cone support to reduce the risk of unit displacement.
