摘 要:针对观音岩水电站4号、5号机组尾水管扩散段顶板混凝土因机组基础交面时间滞后、混凝土浇筑方式改变而造成施工难度和施工成本增加等问题,笔者从工期分析、资源配置等方面进行了施工组织设计优化,通过改变混凝土运输方式、合理配置人力资源、增加胶带输送布料机及脚手管架、钢模板等周转性材料,实现了优质、高效施工,且按合同工期完工。运行结果表明,该工程施工质量优良。该优化方法为类似工程在工期分析、施工资源配置、降低施工成本及变更索赔等方面积累了可借鉴的、宝贵的经验。In view of the problems such as construction difficulty and construction cost increase caused by the lagging transfer time of the unit foundation working face and the change of concrete pouring mode in the draft tube outlet part of Units 4 and 5 in Guanyinyan Hydropower Station,the author carried out the construction organization design optimization from the aspects of construction period analysis and resource allocation.By changing the concrete transportation mode,rationally allocating human resources,increasing belt conveyor distributor and the turnover materials such as scaffolding and steel formwork,the high quality and efficient construction was realized,and the construction was completed according to the contract period.The operation results show that the construction quality is good.This optimization method has accumulated valuable experience for similar projects in terms of duration analysis,construction resource allocation,construction cost reduction and change claim.
