摘　　要：目的探讨长链非编码RNA MEG3在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的表达及临床意义。方法选择30例GDM患者的胎盘组织为GDM组,30例正常妊娠孕妇的胎盘组织为对照组,运用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测两组胎盘组织中lncRNA MEG3的表达,分析lncRNA MEG3的表达与患者临床特征的关系。结果与对照组相比,lncRNA MEG3在GDM组胎盘组织中表达升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,lncRNA MEG3表达水平与GDM组孕妇BMI、新生儿体重、胎盘重量及不良事件有关(P<0.05)。结论lncRNA MEG3在妊娠期糖尿病患者胎盘组织中高表达,表达水平与GDM患者临床特征关系密切。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of long non coding RNA MEG3 in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods Patients diagnosed with GDM at 24~28 weeks of pregnancy(n=30)were included.The control group comprised pregnant women without GDM(n=30).The expression of lncRNA MEG3 in placental tissue was detected by real-time quantitative PCR,and the relationship between the expression of lncRNA-MEG3 and clinical characteristics was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the expression of lncRNA-MEG3 in GDM group was significantly higher(P<0.05);BMI of pregnant women,neonatal weight,placental weight and adverse event had significant difference with the expression of lncRNA MEG3(P<0.05).Conclusion lncRNA MEG3 is highly expressed in placental tissue of patients with GDM,and its expression level is closely related to the clinicopathological characteristics of patients.
