摘　　要：目的 分析变应原疫苗免疫治疗对支气管哮喘合并鼻炎患者哮喘控制、肺功能及免疫炎症相关因子的影响。方法 选取我科109例支气管哮喘合并鼻炎患者按照抽签的方式分为两组。对照组给予舒利迭联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,观察组给予变应原疫苗免疫治疗。观察两组患者症状改善情况、肺功能、免疫炎症相关因子水平。结果 观察组过敏性症状评分、TGF-β水平较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组FEV1、FEV1%预计值、FVC、FVC%预计值、ACT评分、CD4+CD25Foxp3+调节性T细胞、Th3细胞及IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 变应原疫苗免疫治疗支气管哮喘合并鼻炎患者的效果好,不仅能抑制机体超敏反应,还可以减少炎症对支气管作用,改善患者肺功能,减轻症状。Objective To analyze the effects of allergen vaccine immunotherapy on asthma control,lung function and immune-inflammatory related factors in patients with bronchial asthma and rhinitis.Methods 109 patients with bronchial asthma and rhinitis in our department were divided into two groups according to the way of drawing lots.The control group was treated with seretide combined with budesonide nasal spray,and the observation group was treated with allergen vaccine immunotherapy.Observe the clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,lung function,and immune inflammation-related factor levels of the two groups of patients.Results The allergic symptom score and TGF-βlevel of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group FEV1,FEV1%predicted value,FVC,FVC%predicted value,ACT score,CD4+CD25 Foxp3+regulatory T cells,The levels of Th3 cells and IL-10 were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Allergen vaccine immunotherapy is effective in treating patients with bronchial asthma and rhinitis.It can not only inhibit the hypersensitivity reaction of the body,but also reduce the effect of inflammation on the bronchus,improve the lung function of patients,and relieve symptoms.
