基于逆向建模、PowerMill与Vericut的大力神杯五轴数控加工技术的研究

摘  要:以大力神杯的整体几何特性,分析了大力神杯三维建模的建模方式,从而确定大力神杯的铣削加工工艺流程,基于PowerMill软件通过建立坐标系、建立刀具、设置参数等步骤自动生成的刀具轨迹,通过适合实际加工机床的专用后置处理器生成数控程序,再通过数控仿真软件模拟实际加工环境及程序运行的实际刀轨,避免实际加工时出现过切或者欠切、撞刀等安全事故。通过以上步骤,再进行实际切削,既保证了程序的正确性、机床的安全性,最重要是提高了加工效率、及时查缺补漏,避免出现重大失误。In this paper,the overall geometric characteristics and the three-dimensional modeling method of the FIFA World Cup Trophy is analyzed,so as to determine the milling process of the trophy.Based on PowerMill,the coordinate system is established,the tool is chosen,the parameters are set,and the tool path is automatically generated.Then the NC program is generated through a special post processor suitable for the actual machine tool,and the actual processing environment and tool path are simulated by using the numerical simulation software,so as to avoid overcut,undercut,cutter colliding and other accidents that would appear in actual processing.The above steps can not only ensure the correctness of the program and the safety of the machine tool,but also improve the processing efficiency,check and offset deficiencies,and avoid serious mistakes.
