摘 要:随着钛合金加工对刀具的加工效率和刀具寿命要求不断提高,带有分屑槽的长刃立铣刀因其高效率的特性在钛合金粗加工中占据重要地位,其中分屑槽的设计对刀具排屑性能和使用寿命至关重要。为探究立铣刀分屑槽的设计方法,优化分屑槽结构,采用ABAQUS仿真,并结合正交分析方法分析分屑槽宽度、深度和长度对刀具受力的影响,得到分屑槽结构最佳匹配结果,并进行实验对比验证。为进一步分析分屑槽刀具的磨损机理及其加工工艺提供行之有效的思路。With the development of requirements for the efficiency and service life of the cutter for titanium alloy machining,the long edge end mill with chip separation groove occupies an important position in titanium alloy rough machining because of its high efficiency.The design of the chip separation groove is crucial to the chip-removal ability and service life of the end mill.In order to explore the design method of the chip separation groove and to optimize its structure,in this article,ABAQUS simulation is combined with orthogonal analysis to analyze the influence of the width,depth and length of the chip separation groove on the stress of the end mill,and the best structure parameters of the chip separation groove are obtained.The result is then verified by comparative experiment.This study has provided an effective idea for further analysis of the wear mechanism and machining process of cutters with chip separation groove.
