摘　　要：普通车床加工在高速发展工业中,对提高工业生产水平以及保证生产精度与质量等具有积极作用。在数控技术、信息技术的应用下,普通车床在工业加工中的应用存在一定的局限性。因此,结合普通机床的实践应用,对普通车床的综合应用以及技术升级发展等方面进行研究,以CQ6140车床为研究对象,对普通车床的结构升级与改造进行设计,旨在实现普通车床加工在工业发展中的整体应用水平的提升。Ordinary lathe processing plays a positive role in improving the industrial production level and ensuring the production precision and quality in the high speed development industry Under the application of numerical control technology and information technology,the application of ordinary lathe in industrial processing has certain limitations Therefore,combined with the practical application of ordinary machine tools,this paper studies the comprehensive application and technology upgrading development of ordinary lathe,takes CQ6140 lathe as the research object,and designs the structural upgrading and transfommation of ordinary lathe,in order to improve the overall application level ofordinary lathe processing in industrial development.
