摘  要:线圈式电磁炮利用线圈间电磁感应产生的电磁斥力完成炮弹的发射,追求电磁炮更大的发射能力一直是当前研究的热点。设计了一种线圈式电磁炮,针对其控制系统的放电回路建立了等效电路和电磁力的数学模型。为准确分析放电回路各个参数对线圈间电磁力的影响,利用有限元分析和试验研究相结合的方法研究了不同参数对电磁发射力的影响。研究结果表明,放电回路参数和加载线圈匝数、线圈温度等对线圈间产生的电磁力均有不同程度的影响。通过对这些影响因素的研究分析,给出了提高电磁发射能力的方法和改进措施,并通过试验验证了研究结果的可靠性。An electromagnetic coil gun uses the electromagnetic repulsion force generated by the electromagnetic induction between coils to launch the projectile.The pursuit of greater launch capability of electromagnetic guns has always been the focus of current research.A coil gun is designed.An equivalent circuit of the discharge circuit and the mathematical model of the electromagnetic force are established for its control system.In order to analyze the influence of the parameters of the discharge circuit on the electromagnetic force between coils,the influence of different parameters on the electromagnetic launch force is studied by the combination of finite element analysis and experimental research.The results show that the parameters of the discharge circuit,the number of turns of loading coils and the temperature of the coils have different effects on the electromagnetic force between coils.Through the analysis of these factors,improvement methods for increased electromagnetic launch capability are given.Finally,the reliability of the research results is verified by experiments.
