摘 要:研究爆炸反应装甲夹层装药的射流感度,能更全面地了解反应装甲的性能,同时研究结果又有助于反坦克武器的进一步发展。采用非线性有限元分析软件,参照国家军用标准,建立了射流冲击入射反应装甲主装药的有限元模型,进行了新型反应装甲主装药射流感度的数值模拟研究。通过调整隔板厚度分析射流入射反应装甲主装药的响应机制,得到了反应装甲主装药的射流感度值。结果表明:随着隔板厚度的增加,射流作用在反应装甲主装药上的刺激强度降低,起爆深入距离与延时时间增大,得到射流起爆新型反应装甲主装药的临界隔板厚度为58~60 mm,临界起爆阈值为50.39 mm^(3)·μs^(-2)。The study on the jet sensitivity of the sandwiched main charge of explosive reactive armor can help to understand the performance of reactive armor more comprehensively,and the research results are helpful for the further development of anti-tank weapons.By using nonlinear finite element analysis software and referring to the national military standard,a finite element model of the jet impact and penetration of the reactive armor′s main charge was established,and the numerical simulation of the jet sensitivity of the new reactive armor′s main charge was carried out.By adjusting the thickness of the plate,the response mechanism of the jet penetrating the main charge of the reactive armor was analyzed,and the jet sensitivity of the main charge of the reactive armor was obtained.The results show that as the thickness of the plate increases,the stimulus intensity of the jet acting on the main charge of the reactive armor is reduced,and the depth and delay time of initiation increase.The critical plate thickness of the reactive armor for the jet to be able to ignite the main charge is 58-60 mm.The critical initiation threshold is 50.39 mm^(3)·μs^(-2).
