摘  要:目前,火炮发射过程中的有害气体含量测试越来越受到关注。针对某自行火炮闭舱射击时舱室内产生的有害气体(CO、CO_(2)、NO_(2)、NH_(3)、H_(2)S、SO_(2))进行测试和分析,为其防护措施和设计改进提供技术参数。连续记录火炮在闭舱射击时舱室内3个位置的有害气体含量,并对试验记录得到的数据分别按照相关国军标进行计算分析,结果表明,舱室内3个测试点位的部分有害气体浓度均不同程度的偏高。探讨了自行火炮闭舱发射时舱室内有害气体对人体的危害、产生的原因以及浓度的影响因素,根据测得的有害气体浓度计算出抽气效率至少要达到34%。该火炮在闭舱射击时需对产生的有害气体采取进一步的防护。At present,the measurement of harmful gas content in the process of gun firing has attracted more and more attention.The harmful gases(CO,CO_(2),NO_(2),NH_(3),H_(2)S and SO_(2))produced in the cabin of a self-propelled gun during closed cabin firing were tested and analyzed to provide technical parameters for devising protective measures and design improvement.Harmful gas content of three positions in the cabin had been continuously recorded when the gun was firing with its cabin closed,and data obtained from the test records were calculated and analyzed according to relevant national and military standards.The results show that some harmful gases at the three test points in the cabin have higher than allowed concentration to certain degrees.In addition,this paper discusses the harm they do to crew members,the influencing factors of concentration and the causes of harmful gases in the cabin.According to the measured harmful gas concentration,the extraction efficiency should be at least 34%.The gun needs to take further protection against the harmful gases generated during closed cabin firing.
