中药穴位贴敷联合少腹逐瘀汤治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药穴位贴敷联合少腹逐瘀汤治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀型的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的原发性痛经寒凝血瘀型患者80例,随机分为两组各40例,对照组给予少腹逐瘀汤治疗,治疗组给予中药穴位贴敷联合少腹逐瘀汤治疗,治疗3个周期后比较两组患者中医证候疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分及安全性。结果:连续治疗3个月经周期后治疗组总有效率97.50%明显高于对照组的77.50%(P﹤0.05);两组中医证候评分及腹痛VAS评分均较治疗前有改善(P﹤0.05);治疗后治疗组中医证候评分及腹痛VAS评分均低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合少腹逐瘀汤治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀型安全性高,疗效确切。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application with Chinese herbal medicine and Shaofu Zhuyu decoction on primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of blood-stasis due to cold-coagulation.Methods:80 cases of patients with primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of blood-stasis due to cold-coagulation,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction,while the treatment group was treated with acupoint application with Chinese herbal medicine and Shaofu Zhuyu decoction.After 3 cycles of treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome,pain visual analog scale and safety of patiens were compared between two groups.Results:After continuous treatment for 3 menstrual cycles,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);TCM syndrome score and abdominal pain VAS score were improved in both group compared with before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score and VAS score of abdominal pain in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of acupoint application and Shaofu Zhuyu decoction on primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of blood-stasis due to cold-coagulation is definite and safe.
