摘 要:为了提高发光二极管(light emitting diode, LED)驱动电源的功率因数,减小谐波污染,实现0%~100%范围内平滑调光,提出一种一次侧控制的高功率因数可控硅调光LED驱动电源设计方法。驱动电源的功率因数校正(power factor correction, PFC)采用BOOST电路拓扑,DC-DC级采用反激式变换电路,两级电路由同一控制芯片iW3614进行控制。首先阐述了电路框架,然后对比了调光的类型及优缺点,接着对启动电路及切相检测电路、高频变压器等系统参数进行了详细分析,最后根据系统参数设计制作并调试了一台40 V/350 mA输出的可调光LED驱动电源。样机试验结果证明了设计的有效性。In order to improve the power factor of light emitting diode(LED)driving power supply and reduce harmonic pollution,and achieve smooth dimming in the range of 0%~100%,a design method of high power factor Triac dimming LED drive power supply with primary side control is proposed.The power factor correction(PFC)circuit of the power supply adopts BOOST topology,the DC-DC circuit adopts flyback converter,and the two circuits are controlled by the same control chip iW3614.Firstly,the circuit framework is described,and then the types and advantages and disadvantages of dimming are compared.Then,the system parameters such as starting circuit,cut-off detection circuit and high-frequency transformer are analyzed in detail.Finally,according to the system parameters,a dimming LED drive power supply with 40 V/350 mA output is designed and debugged.The experimental results show that the design is effective.
