摘  要:硫酸钯溶液是印制电路板(PCB)行业广泛使用的一种电镀活化液。本研究通过调控赶硝温度、浓缩时间、游离硫酸浓度等参数,制备出可稳定存放的高纯度硫酸钯溶液,为PCB电镀活化液硫酸钯的制备提供了一条可行工艺路线。其间,钯粉用硝酸浸出,添加硫酸浓缩赶硝,利用硫酸的氧化性,促进硝基的分解,硫酸根替代硝酸根生成硫酸钯。Palladium sulfate solution is a electroplating activation solution widely used in the printed circuit board(PCB)industry.In this study,a high-purity palladium sulfate solution that can be stored stably is prepared by adjusting the parameters such as the nitrification temperature,concentration time,and free sulfuric acid concentration,which provides a feasible process route for the preparation of palladium sulfate as an activation solution for PCB electroplating.In the meantime,palladium powder is leached with nitric acid,and sulfuric acid is added to concentrate and remove the nitric acid,and the oxidizing property of sulfuric acid is used to promote the decomposition of nitro group,and sulfate replaces nitrate to form palladium sulfate.
