摘 要:含银催化剂在化工领域广泛应用,尤其在工业生产环氧乙烷过程中大量使用。含银废催化剂的传统回收工艺是硝酸法,其存在试剂消耗量大、氮氧化物环保治理成本高等问题。经试验优化,采用硝酸法浸出时,可添加氧化剂,降低硝酸用量,减少氮氧化物排放。试验得出的最佳工艺条件如下:液固比为5∶1,银与硝酸理论比为1.0∶1.3,银与添加剂(氧化剂)理论比为1.0∶1.5,温度为80℃。在最佳工艺条件下,银浸出率大于99.98%。Silver-containing catalysts are widely used in the chemical industry,especially in the industrial production of ethylene oxide.The traditional recovery process of silver-containing waste catalyst is the nitric acid method,which has the problems of large consumption of reagents and high cost of environmental protection treatment of nitrogen oxides.After experiment optimization,when using nitric acid leaching,oxidant can be added to reduce the amount of nitric acid and nitrogen oxide emissions.The optimum process conditions obtained from the experiment are as follows:the liquid-solid ratio is 5∶1,the theoretical ratio of silver to nitric acid is 1.0∶1.3,the theoretical ratio of silver to additive(oxidant)is 1.0∶1.5,and the temperature is 80℃.Under the optimum process conditions,the silver leaching rate is greater than 99.98%.
