摘  要:目前,底吹炉吹炼工艺普遍存在终点判断准确度一般、粗铜品质差的问题。针对这一不足,黑龙江紫金铜业有限公司根据生产实际,优化底吹炉工艺操作,并总结出全热态连续吹炼工艺的粗铜吹炼终点判断方式,进一步推进了底吹炉吹炼工艺的发展与应用。实践表明,底吹炉吹炼的粗铜品质得到显著提高,其品位不小于98%。At present,the bottom-blown furnace blowing process generally has the problems of general end point judgment accuracy and poor blister copper quality.In response to this deficiency,Heilongjiang Zijin Copper Co.,Ltd.optimizes the operation of the bottom-blown furnace according to the actual production,and sums up the method of judging the end point of blister copper blowing in the full-heat state continuous blowing process,and further promotes the development and application of the bottom-blown furnace blowing process.Practice shows that the quality of blister copper smelted by bottom-blown furnace has been significantly improved,and its grade is not less than 98%.
