摘 要:目的 基于手术麻醉信息系统开发体温监测预警模块,并探讨其在前列腺电切术中的应用效果。方法 选取120例行前列腺电切术的患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用监护仪的鼻咽温探头监测体温,观察组在对照组的基础上采用自行设计和开发的体温监测预警系统进行体温管理。比较两组患者麻醉开始至送入复苏室期间护士处理异常体温所需时间、低体温发生率、寒颤发生率及寒颤程度。结果 观察组中护士处理异常体温的时间短于对照组,患者低体温发生率、寒颤发生率均低于对照组,且寒颤程度轻于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 基于手术麻醉信息系统的体温监测预警模块可缩短护士处理异常体温的时间,降低前列腺电切术患者术中低体温发生率与寒颤发生率。Objective To develop the body temperature monitoring and early warning module based on the surgical anesthesia information system,and to explore its application effects in prostatic resection.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing prostatic resection were selected and were randomly assigned to observation group or control group,with 60 cases in each group.The nasopharyngeal temperature detector was employed to monitor body temperature of the patients in the control group,based on which the body temperature monitoring and early warning system was used to manage body temperature of the patients in the observation group.The time for nurses to deal with abnormal body temperature,the incidence rate of hypothermia,the incidence rate and degree of chills were compared between the two groups from the start of anesthesia to the return to the resuscitation room.Results The observation group depicted shorter time for nurses to deal with abnormal body temperature,and lower incidence rates of hypothermia and chills in patients,and a slighter degree of chills as compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The body temperature monitoring and early warning module based on the surgical anesthesia information system can shorten the time for nurses to deal with abnormal body temperature,reduce the incidence rates of intraoperative hypothermia and chills in patients undergoing prostatic resection.
