摘　　要：部队机载导弹跨区运输任务日益频繁,风险源的叠加增加了部队执行导弹跨区运输的安全风险。为有效评估机载导弹跨区运输安全风险,将德尔菲法和矩阵分析法应用到安全风险识别和分析中,从风险事件发生概率和风险事件危害程度两个方面入手,对某型机载导弹跨区运输任务进行了安全风险分析,并依据其发生概率和危害度进行了安全风险事件优先控制次序排序,对后续研究制定针对性安全风险规避措施,对有效预防安全事故的发生具有重要意义。The army's airborne missile trans-regional transport tasks become more and more frequent,and the superposition of risk sources increases the security risks of the army's missile trans-regional transport.In order to effectively evaluate the safety risk of airborne missile trans-regional transportation,the Delphi method and matrix analysis method are applied to the safety risk identification and analysis.From the probability of occurrence of risk events and the hazard degree of risk events,the interregional transport task of a certain type of airborne missile on the safety risk analysis from the probability of occurrence of risk events is ana⁃lyzed and the priority control order of safety risk events is sorted according to their occurrence probability and hazard degree.It is of great significance to formulate targeted safety risk avoidance measures for follow-up research to effectively prevent safety accidents.
