摘　　要：本文分析了目前我国医院高值耗材UDI编码识别现状,提出了高值耗材编码数据库设计思路,采用与UDI体系兼容的标准化的耗材目录字典与编码识别算法,以生产厂家的标准产品注册证信息为依据,为国家UDI统一编码耗材信息化管理提供了成熟的系统技术基础与应用基础;介绍了医院耗材综合管理信息系统的建设和应用情况,该系统兼顾成本效率与质量管控,解决了高值耗材工作环节多、管理繁杂、易出错、可追溯性查等难题,智能精准识别耗材原始出厂自带条形码,实现了全业务流程可溯可控。In this paper,current situation of the high-value consumables UDI code recognition in China is analyzed.Based on the manufacturer's standard product registration certificate information,and using the standardized consumable catalog dictionary and code identification algorithm compatible with UDI system,the design of high-value consumables coding database is proposed.The construction and application of the integrated management information system for hospital consumables are introduced.By using the system which gives consideration to both cost efficiency and quality control,some historic problems of high-value consumables such as multiple work links,complicated management,error prone and traceability check are solved thoroughly,and the original bar code of consumables are identified intelligently and accurately,so that the traceability and controllability of the whole business process are realized.
