摘  要:目的探讨基于现代信息技术的思维导图教学应用于普通外科学临床实习带教的效果。方法前瞻性纳入2020-08-2021-09于中南大学湘雅二医院普外科实习的临床实习医生,按照教学方式分为传统教学组(对照组)和基于现代信息技术的思维导图教学组(观察组)。比较带教前和带教4周后2组实习医生的考试成绩、批判性思维能力,以及自我导向学习能力。结果2组临床实习医生的基线资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。带教4周后,观察组实习医生的临床理论、临床操作技能、病例分析能力和批判性思维能力测评量表(CTDI-CV)评分,以及自我导向学习评定量表(SRSSDL)各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将基于现代信息技术的思维导图教学方式应用于普通外科学临床实习带教中,可通过激发实习医生的自我导向学习能力,提高其批判性思维能力和学习成绩。Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping teaching based on modern information technology applied to clinical practice teaching of general surgery.Methods Clinical interns who practiced in the Department of general surgery of Xiangya Second Hospital of Central South University from August 2020 to September 2021 were prospectively included.According to the teaching methods,they were divided into traditional teaching group(control group)and mind mapping teaching group based on modern information technology(observation group).The examination scores,critical thinking ability,and self-directed learning ability of the two groups of interns were compared before and 4 weeks after teaching.Results There was no significant difference in the baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of teaching,the scores of clinical theory,clinical operation skills,case analysis ability and critical thinking ability evaluation scale(ctdi-cv)and self-directed learning evaluation scale(srssdl)of interns in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying mind mapping teaching method based on modern information technology to clinical practice teaching of general surgery can stimulate interns'self-directed learning ability and improve their critical thinking ability and learning achievement.
