摘  要:固溶退火态的镍基合金SB-444 N06625 Gr.2钢管在焊接过程中存在较高的热裂纹敏感性,对热输入控制、焊工操作技能有较高的要求。根据镍基合金SB-444 N06625 Gr.2材质的焊接特性,制定焊接工艺评定方案,获得了无损检验合格的焊接接头。对焊接接头的力学性能、耐晶间腐蚀性能及微观组织进行了试验和分析。试验结果表明,采用该焊接工艺方案可以获得优质的焊接接头,焊缝金相组织为奥氏体,接头强度及耐蚀性能良好,满足工程应用要求。Ni-based alloy SB-444 N06625 Gr.2 tube under solution annealed state has characteristics of hot crack sensitivity during welding process,and it requires strict heat input control and proficient welding operation skill.According to welding characteristics of Ni-based alloy SB-444 N06625 Gr.2 material,welding process e-valuation scheme was developed,and qualified welded joints were obtained.The mechanical properties,interg-ranular corrosion resistance and microstructure of welded joints were tested and analyzed.The test results showed that the welding process could be used to obtain high quality welded joints,microstructure of the weld was austenite.Strength and corrosion resistance of the weld showed excellent performance,which met require-ments of engineering application.
