摘　　要：为了解决质量管理体系成熟度评价的问题,在层次分析法(AHP)与逼近理想解的排序法(TOPSIS)理论的基础上,建立AHP-TOPSIS综合评判指标体系模型,对4家单位的质量管理体系进行评判。从战略规划、质量管理体系开发、质量管理体系监控与评价3个方面综合地考虑评判指标,通过AHP确定目标层权重向量,结合AHP-TOPSIS综合评判指标体系模型,计算出4家单位的综合优越度。计算结果表明:4家单位的优越度分别为27.5%、67%、34.2%和70.6%,第Ⅳ家单位的质量管理体系运行状况最好。In order to solve the problem of quality management system maturity evaluation,on the basis of AHP and TOPSIS,the AHP-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation index system model is established,and the quality management system of 4 units is evaluated.The evaluation indicators are comprehensively considered from the three aspects of strategic planning,quality management system development,and quality management system monitoring and evaluation.The target layer weight vector is determined through AHP,and combined with AHPTOPSIS comprehensive evaluation index system model,the comprehensive superiority of 4 units is calculated.The calculation results show that the superiority of the four units is 27.5%,67%,34.2%and 70.6%respectively,and the operation state of the quality management system of the fourth unit is best.
