摘　　要：为了有效地实现标委会内部标准项目的全生命周期控制和追踪管理,通过对标委会内部业务需求进行分析,提出了包括标准制修订过程管理、国际标准文件投票管理、已发布标准管理、文件归档管理、统计分析、事务提醒、系统管理在内的标委会文件管理系统功能模块设计方案,指出了相关人员的权限和系统预计达到的效果,将有助于提升标委会工作人员的工作效率和管理水平。In order to effectively realize the whole life cycle control and tracking management of the internal standard projects of the Standards Technical Committee,through the analysis of the internal business needs of the Standards Technical Committee,the functional module design scheme of the document management of the Standards Technical Committee,including the standard revision process management,international standard document voting management,published standard management,document archiving management,statistical analysis,transaction reminder and system management,is proposed,and the authority of the relevant personnel and the expected effect of the system are indicated,which will help improve the work efficiency and management level of the staffs of the standards Technial Committee.
