摘 要:对微压力仪表的校准方式主要是基于人工手动操作,这样做的效率很低,且基于校准过程反复而给工作造成困扰,容易引入不必要的问题,对压力测试仪表参数确定带来很多麻烦。考虑以上因素,尤其是工作任务加剧的情况下,建立微压力自动校准系统,既能高效可靠地完成校准工作,还能人为校准方式引发的弊端,对提高工作效率,减轻劳动强度和保证准确度具有重要意义,为航空发动机试制、调试和排故工作提供更好的技术支持。The calibration method for micro-pressure instruments is mainly based on manual operation,which is inefficient and causes distress to the work based on the repeated calibration process,easily introducing unnecessary problems and causing a lot of trouble to the determination of pressure test instrument parameters.Considering the above factors,especially with the intensification of work tasks,the establishment of an automatic micro-pressure calibration system can not only complete the calibration work efficiently and reliably,but also the drawbacks caused by the human calibration method,which is of great significance to improve work efficiency,reduce labour intensity and ensure accuracy,and provide better technical support for aero-engine trial,commissioning and troubleshooting work.
