摘　　要：基于Solidworks软件,以卡扣为例,论述了在零件环境中自顶向下的设计方法的一般思路,详细阐述了整体构型、分离实体、尺寸参数化、装配等四个步骤,并论述了尺寸参数化的三种常用方法以及应用场合。Based on SolidWorks software and taking the buckle as an example,the general idea of top-down design method is discussed in the part environment in this paper,expounds in detail the four steps of overall configuration,separation of entities,size parameterization and assembly,and three common methods and application occasions of size parameterization is discussed.
