摘　　要：通过对电力机车蓄电池出现频繁亏电故障进行原因分析,提出了一种基于均衡充放电的蓄电池管理装置,介绍了装置的工作原理以及系统的相关特点并进行试验验证。通过试验验证,可以证明投入蓄电池管理系统后,蓄电池放电时间明显延长,能够满足接触网检修停电后机车的使用需求。By analyzing the causes of the frequent electricity losing faults of the electric locomotive battery.The paper proposes a battery management device which based on balanced charge and discharge.It introduces the principle of the device and the related characteristics of the system.All of the above contents have been verified by tests.
