摘　　要：由于当前碳化钙制备技术落后、产量低,影响煤炭基于碳化钙乙炔制备工业产品的效率。在对焦炭和氧化钙原料制备的基础上,完成了相关实验装置的提前准备。重点对不同原料直径和不同碳钙比,对碳化钙制备反应行为进行实验分析,提升了焦炭和氧化钙制备碳化钙的效率。The efficiency of coal-based calcium carbide preparation for industrial products is affected by the current backward technology and low yield of calcium carbide preparation.Based on the preparation of coke and calcium oxide raw materials,the advance preparation of relevant experimental devices was completed.The experimental analysis focused on the reaction behaviour of calcium carbide preparation with different raw material diameters and different calcium carbon ratios to improve the efficiency of calcium carbide preparation from coke and calcium oxide.
