摘　　要：卷烟吸阻直接影响产品内在品质,影响消费者的感官体验。在实际生产中,卷烟吸阻存在波动,消费者反馈抽吸较困难。运用六西格玛精益管理工具,以DMAIC为主线展开研究,使用FMEA筛选出43个因子,分析确定4个关键因子,并采用双样本检验、逻辑回归分析、DOE试验等,确定最优参数,优化方案,最终提高细支卷烟吸阻Ppk水平,保障卷烟产品高质量发展。The cigarette resistance to suction direct influence product intrinsic quality,affects consumer's sense organ experience.In the actual production,the cigarette resistance to suction existence undulation,the consumer feeds back the suction to be difficult.This article utilizes the six Sigma quality process fine profit management tool,as the master line launches the research take DMAIC,uses FMEA to screen 43 factors,the analysis determined 4 essential factors,and use the double sample examination,logic regression analysis,the DOE experiment and so on,determined the most superior parameter,the optimization plan,finally raises the fine count cigarette resistance to suction Ppk level,the safeguard cigarette product high grade development.
