摘　　要：对某海上天然气平台400 V低压抽屉柜电机控制回路分析,其原有设计存在安全隐患,当保护模块失电后电动机不会停机。找出安全隐患并实施改造,在二次控制回路加装24 V DC保护继电器:保护模块得电后,才允许启动电机;保护模块失电时,电机立即自动停机,起到双重保护作用。这种改造,实现了低压抽屉柜自我检测、自我切断、自我保护的功能,提高了设备的本质安全,在技术上为安全生产提供保障。Based on the analysis of the motor control circuit of 400V low-voltage drawer cabinet of offshore natural gas platform,the original design has potential safety hazards.When the protection module loses power,the motor will not stop.Find out the potential safety hazards and implement the transformation,and install 24VDC protection relay in the secondary control circuit:the motor can be started only after the protection module is powered on;When the protection module loses power,the motor will stop automatically immediately to play a dual protection role.This transformation realizes the functions of self-detection,self cutting and self-protection of low-voltage drawer cabinet,improves the intrinsic safety of equipment,and provides technical guarantee for safe production.
