大藤峡工程数字档案管理系统的研究与应用

摘　　要：为实现大藤峡水利枢纽工程数字档案业务流程的自动化归结,提升电子档案及其他数字资源管理的信息化水平,运用元数据的XML技术和OAIS参考模型,基于J2EE平台的标准化、可扩展、多馆协同的分布式技术建立了大藤峡工程数字档案管理系统。利用先进工作流及消息系统技术,提供档案信息利用服务,搭建数字信息资源库,为大藤峡水利枢纽工程生产、管理、决策提供高质量的服务。In order to realize the comprehensive automation of the file management business process of the Datengxia Water Control Project and improve the informatization level of carrier file management and utilization,the metadata solution of xml technology and the OAIS reference model are used to establish a standardized and scalable J2EE platform.Multi-library collaborative distributed digital file management system.Using advanced workflow and message system technology,it provides archives information utilization services,builds a digital information resource library,and provides high-quality services for the production,management and decision-making of the Datengxia Water Control Project.
