摘　　要：习近平关于新时代精神扶贫的系列重要论述内涵丰富、特质鲜明,是对马克思主义反贫困理论中国化的新贡献。不仅具有精神扶贫对象精准识别困难、精神扶贫地区教育落后、精神扶贫对象内生动力不足、精神扶贫干部队伍素质待提高的鲜明问题指向,而且蕴涵了精准识别精神扶贫对象、发展精神扶贫地区教育、激发精神扶贫的内生动力、加强精神扶贫队伍建设的实践对策,对于脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接、促进人的现代化发展目标实现、助力全球减贫事业的发展具有重大价值意义。Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the spiritual poverty alleviation in the new era has rich connotation and distinctive characteristics. It is Xi Jinping’s new contribution to the sinicization of Marxist anti-poverty theory.It has problem orientations, which include accurate identification difficulties of Spiritual Poverty Alleviation object, backward education of spiritual poverty alleviation areas, the lack of endogenous motivation of spiritual poverty alleviation object and poor quality of the spiritual poverty alleviation procession. It has practice countermeasures, which enhance accuracy of recognition of spiritual poverty alleviation object, vigorous development of education of spiritual poverty alleviation areas, stimulating of endogenous motivation of spiritual poverty alleviation, strengthening the construction of procession cadres of spiritual poverty alleviation. At the same time, it has great strategic significance which include effective connection between poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization, promoting realization of goal of people modernization development, helping global cause of poverty reduction move forward.
