摘　　要：本文分析了科技项目网络评审体系,指出在科技项目网络评审中,以专家库为基础,通过网络评审平台、评审专家、工作人员和技术支撑人员合作闭环完成了评审过程,并探讨了网络评审的优势和劣势,提出了几点改进意见,以期促进网络评审更好地发展,使科技项目的评审结果更加高效、公正。This paper analyzes the network evaluation system of scientific and technological projects,points out that in the network evaluation of scientific and technological projects,the evaluation process is completed through the closed-loop cooperation of network evaluation platform,evaluation experts,staff and technical support personnel based on the expert database,discusses the advantages and disadvantages of network evaluation,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement,hoping to promote the development of network evaluation and make the evaluation results of scientific and technological projects more efficient and fair.
