摘 要:黑龙江省现有林地面积2 617万hm^(2),森林面积2 150万hm^(2),占全国现有林地面积的10.8%,占全省国土面积的45.8%;活立木总蓄积量19.28亿m^(3),占全国活立木总蓄积量的12.5%;森林植被碳储量9.288亿t,经测算“十三五”时期新增碳储量1.463亿t,年均增加2 926万t,折算成碳汇量为5.37亿t,年均增加1.074亿t。围绕黑龙江省林业碳中和、碳达峰目标下的实现路径与模式选择,提出林业未来发展对策及建议。Heilongjiang has 26.17 million hm^(2) of forestland and 21.45 million hm^(2) of Forestland,accounting for 10.8%of the national forestland area and 45.8%of the total land area of the province;the total volume of living trees is 1.928 billion m^(3),accounting for 12.5%of the total volume of living trees;The forest vegetation carbon storage is 928.8 million tons,and the new carbon storage is 146.3 million tons during the"13th five-year plan"period,with an average annual increase of 29.26 million tons,which is converted into a carbon sink of 537 million tons,with an average annual increase of 107.4million tons.Based on the realization path and mode selection under the goal of carbon neutralization and carbon peak in Heilongjiang Province forestry,the countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of forestry were put forward.
