摘　　要：随着经济全球化发展速度加快,企业在行业发展和数量增长上都进入一个新的历史阶段,企业谋求自身发展的重要因素就是融资,但是企业融资面临很多不确定因素。近年来,金融科技的发展为企业带来了更便捷、更高效的融资方式。本文梳理了现有研究成果,分析了金融科技对企业融资决策的影响。with the acceleration of economic globalization,enterprises have entered a new historical stage in terms of industry development or quantity growth.Financing is an important factor for enterprises to seek their own development,but enterprise financing faces many uncertain factors.In recent years,the development of financial technology has brought more convenient and efficient financing methods to enterprises.This paper reviews the existing research results and analyzes the influence of financial technology on enterprise financing decisions.
