摘  要:目前,国内外对FPSO生活模块、系泊模块、上部模块的研究已经非常成熟,而对FPSO的舷侧护舷材及其相关结构的研究还比较少。文中根据ABS-API规范的屈服强度和疲劳强度要求,运用有限元分析法对旧油船改造的FPSO护舷材结构及相关甲板结构进行应力强度计算,经规范中的强度计算公式计算得出校核结构,并进行校核结构分析,对护舷材支柱及相关甲板结构的材质、厚度、构件布置等进行优化,从而满足规范及项目要求。At present,the research on FPSO life module,mooring module and the upper module at home and abroad has been very mature,but the research on the fender beam of FPSO and its related structures is relatively few.According to the yield strength and fatigue strength requirements of the ABS-API specification,the stress strength of fender beam structure and related deck structure of FPSO reformed from old tanker are calculated by using finite element analysis method,the checking structure is calculated by using strength calculation formula in the specification,the checking structure is analyzed,and the material,thickness and component arrangement of fender beam struts and related deck structures are optimized,so as to meet the requirements of the specification and projects.
