虎符铜砭刮痧联合揿针对肝火亢盛型高血压患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨虎符铜砭刮痧联合揿针对肝火亢盛型高血压患者的治疗效果。方法:2019年8月~2020年5月于本院中医门诊收治的肝火亢盛型高血压患者91例被随机分成揿针组(45例,接受常规治疗+揿针治疗)与联合治疗组(46例,在揿针组基础上接受虎符铜砭刮痧治疗),两组均治疗4周。比较两组疗效、治疗前后中医症候积分、血压、血清白介素(IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平,以及不良反应率。结果:联合治疗组总有效率显著高于揿针组(93.48%比75.56%),P=0.018。与揿针组比较,治疗后联合治疗组中医症候积分[(15.75±3.56)分比(10.09±2.35)分]、收缩压[(139.26±9.32)mmHg比(127.82±7.84)mmHg]、舒张压[(81.08±7.29)mmHg比(74.42±6.85)mmHg]、血清IL-6[(18.62±6.14)pg/ml比(11.93±3.95)pg/ml]和TNF-α[(80.33±26.75)mmol/L比(63.43±21.12)mmol/L]水平均显著降低,P均=0.001。两组不良反应发生率无显著差异,P=1.000。结论:虎符铜砭刮痧联合揿针治疗肝火亢盛型高血压,可显著改善疗效、中医症候积分、血压和血清炎性因子水平,且并未增加不良反应,值得推广。Objective:To explore therapeutic effect of Hufu Tongbian scraping combined pressing needle on hypertensive patients with hyperactive liver fire type.Methods:A total of 91 hypertensive patients with hyperactive liver fire type,who were treated in our traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)outpatient clinic from Aug 2019 to May 2020,were randomly divided into pressing needle group(n=45,received routine treatment+pressing needle therapy)and combined treatment group(n=46,received Hufu Tongbian scraping based on pressing needle group),both groups were treated for four weeks.Therapeutic effect,TCM syndrome score,blood pressure,serum levels of interleukin(IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α before and after treatment,and incidence of adverse rate were compared between two groups.Results:Total effective rate of combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of pressing needle group(93.48%vs.75.56%),P=0.018.Compared with pressing needle group after treatment,there were significant reductions in TCM syndrome score[(15.75±3.56)scores vs.(10.09±2.35)scores],systolic blood pressure[(139.26±9.32)mmHg vs.(127.82±7.84)mmHg],diastolic blood pressure[(81.08±7.29)mmHg vs.(74.42±6.85)mmHg],serum levels of IL-6[(18.62±6.14)pg/ml vs.(11.93±3.95)pg/ml]and TNF-α[(80.33±26.75)mmol/L vs.(63.43±21.12)mmol/L]in combined treatment group,P=0.001 all.There was no significant difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups,P=1.000.Conclusion:Hufu Tongbian scraping combined pressing needle can significantly improve therapeutic effect,TCM syndrome score,blood pressure and serum levels of inflammatory factors without increasing adverse reactions in hypertensive patients with hyperactive liver fire type.
