摘  要:血管钙化(VC)是血液透析患者发病率和死亡率高的重要原因。慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者VC加重与矿物质代谢异常、内源性钙化抑制因子和慢性炎症等多种方面相互关联的机制有关。近年来,成纤维细胞生长因子-23(FGF-23)与VC的相关性受到越来越多的关注。本文就FGF-23在CKD患者VC方面研究的进展作一综述。Vascular calcification(VC)is an important cause of high morbidity and mortality in hemodialysis patients.Aggravation of VC in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)is related to a variety aspect of interrelated mechanisms,such as abnormal mineral metabolism,endogenous calcification inhibitors and chronic inflammation etc.In recent years,the correlation between fibroblast growth factor-23(FGF-23)and VC has attracted more and more attention.The present article makes a review on research progress of FGF-23 in VC aspect of CKD patients.
