摘  要:为探索金属氢化物在固体火箭推进剂中的应用可能性,通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热烤爆法、动态测压热分析法(DPTA)研究了AlH_(3)与MgH_(2)对高氯酸铵(AP)热分解性能的影响规律。DSC结果表明,AlH_(3)与MgH_(2)对AP的高温放热分解过程有显著的促进作用,使AP的分解温度提前近50℃;热烤爆法研究AlH_(3)/AP和MgH_(2)/AP混合体系的热感度发现,AlH_(3)和MgH_(2)的引入使得混合体系的热感度升高,AlH_(3)/AP、MgH_(2)/AP和AP的5s爆发点温度分别为:582.63、644.17和662.65K;DPTA法研究发现,MgH_(2)/AP的放气量仅为0.2mL/g,热安定性好;而AlH_(3)/AP测试过程的放气量为3.2mL/g,安定性较差。金属氢化物AlH_(3)和MgH_(2)对AP热分解表现出良好的催化效果,在AP体系的复合固体火箭推进剂中有潜在应用价值。In order to explore the application of metal hydrides in solid rocket propellants,the effects of AlH_(3)and MgH_(2)on the thermal decomposition performance of ammonium perchlorate(AP)were studied by using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermal roasting method and dynamic pressure thermal analysis(DPTA).The analysis results of the DSC method show that AlH_(3)and MgH_(2)possess a significant promotion effect on the high-temperature exothermic decomposition of AP,which advances the decomposition temperature of AP by nearly 50℃.The thermal roasting method results show that the thermal sensitivity of AP-based mixtures with the introduction of AlH_(3)and MgH_(2)increases,and 5s burst points of AlH_(3)/AP,MgH_(2)/AP,and AP are 582.63K,644.17K,and 662.65K,respectively.It is found from the DPTA measurement that the released gas volume of MgH_(2)/AP is 0.2mL/g,while the released gas volume of AlH_(3)/AP is 3.2mL/g,so the stability of AlH_(3)/AP is poor.Metal hydrides AlH_(3)and MgH_(2)show good catalytic effect on the thermal decomposition of AP,and these hydrides have potential application value in AP-based composite solid rocket propellants.
