聚焦艾滋病中医药临床干预研究切入点

摘　　要：艾滋病中医药干预研究关注点主要包括缓解艾滋病相关症状和体征、改善患者生活质量、提升患者长期生存率、减轻抗病毒药物副作用与促进患者免疫功能重建等方面,中医药治疗艾滋病的有效性及安全性已经获得了不同级别的循证医学证据支持。但是一些研究存在证据级别不高、临床诊疗方案作用机制不清、新药研发滞后等问题。建议今后多学科协作,共同聚焦艾滋病中医诊疗方案重构或优化,获得更高级别循证医学证据,明确诊疗方案的作用机制,开发更多中药新药,推进构建艾滋病中医药诊疗中国方案,共同遏制艾滋病蔓延。The research focus of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)intervention with Chinese medicine(CM)mainly includes alleviating the symptoms and signs of AIDS,improving the quality of life of patients,enhancing the long-term survival of patients,reducing the side effects of antiviral drugs and promoting the reconstruction of immune function.The effectiveness and safety of CM in the treatment of AIDS had been supported by evidence-based medicine at different levels.However,there are some problems,such as low level of evidence,unclear mechanism of clinical diagnosis and treatment plan,and few new Chinese herb drugs.It is suggested that in future multidisciplinary collaboration,we will focus on reconstruction or optimization of CM diagnosis and treatment programs for AIDS with higher levels evidence,clarify the mechanism of therapeutic schemes,develop more new Chinese herb drugs,and promote the construction of China's plan for the diagnosis and treatment of AIDS with CM so as to jointly curb the spreading of AIDS epidemic.
