伴一过性命名性失语的梅毒性颅内炎性占位1例并文献分析

摘　　要：患者女,55岁,头昏伴睁眼乏力2周。1个月前有突发性命名性失语。实验室检查:血清TPPA(+),RPR 1:32(+),HIV(-);脑脊液TPPA(+),RPR 1:2(+),白细胞计数76×10^(6)/L,蛋白679 mg/L,Pándy试验阳性。头颅MRI提示“炎性肉芽肿?颅内肿瘤?”。诊断:梅毒性颅内炎性占位。A 55-year-old female patient presented with dizziness accompanied by eye opening fatigue for 2 weeks.Anomic aphasia suddenly appeared before 1 month.Laboratory tests showed the serum TPPA(+),RPR 1:32(+),HIV(-);CSF TPPA(+),RPR 1:2(+),leukocyte count 76×10^(6)/L,protein 679 mg/L,positive Pándy test.Cranial MRI showedInflammatory granuloma or Intracranial tumor.Diagnosis:intracranial syphilitic inflammatory mass.
