头皮席纹状胶原瘤1例

摘　　要：患者女,48岁,左侧头皮肤色结节4年。皮损组织病理示:真表皮乳头样增生,真皮内见由增粗、肥大,排列成席纹状的胶原纤维束组成的结节,其间可见少量成纤维细胞散在分布。诊断:孤立性席纹状胶原瘤。A 48-year-old female presented with a 4-year history of a skin nodule on the left scalp.Histopathology of the skin lesions showed that the papillary hyperplasia of the epidermis,and nodules composed of thickened,hypertrophic,mat-like bundles of collagen fibers were seen in the dermis,during which a small number of fibroblasts were scattered.The diagnosis was isolated storiform collagenoma.
