摘　　要：皮肤作为机体天然屏障,不仅影响机体健康,在外貌、美容等方面同样重要,但随着时间的推移以及外界环境因素尤其紫外线辐射影响,会诱发多种皮肤损伤问题,如氧化应激、皮肤老化、炎症反应、色素沉积甚至癌变。干细胞是一类具有自我复制能力及多向分化潜能的细胞,其强大的旁分泌功能,在抗皮肤光损伤中发挥重要保护作用。本文就紫外线引起的皮肤光老化问题综述干细胞对皮肤的光保护作用及机制,可为临床皮肤病的治疗提供更多可靠依据。As the natural barrier of the body,the skin not only affects the health of the body,but also plays an important role in appearance,beauty and other aspects.However,as time goes by and some external environmental factors,especially ultraviolet radiation,will cause a variety of skin problems,such as oxidative stress,skin aging,inflammation,pigmentation,even cancer.Stem cells are a kind of cells with the ability of self-replication and multidirectional differentiation potential.Their strong paracrine function plays a certain protective role in the anti-skin photodamage.This article reviews the protective effect and mechanism of stem cells on skin photoaging caused by ultraviolet radiation,which can provide more reliable basis for the treatment of clinical skin diseases.
