摘　　要：玫瑰痤疮是一种常见的累及面中部的慢性炎症性皮肤病,以红斑、潮红、毛细血管扩张、丘疹、脓疱及纤维化为主要临床特征,严重影响患者容貌和生活质量。本病病因及发病机制复杂,尚未完全阐明。此外,一些内外源性因素可作为玫瑰痤疮的危险因素,在疾病的发生发展中起着重要的作用;因此,正确认识和避免玫瑰痤疮的危险因素,能更好的预防及治疗疾病。本文就玫瑰痤疮危险因素的研究进展进行综述。Rosacea is a common,chronic inflammatory skin disease affecting the central face,which is characterized by facial erythema,flushing,telangiectasia,papules,pustules and phymas.It affects the appearance and life quality of rosacea patients seriously.The pathogenesis of rosacea is complex and has not been fully elucidated.In addition,a variety of endogenous and exogenous factors have been discussed as the risk factors of rosacea,which play an important role in the occurrence and development of rosacea.Therefore,we should understand and avoid the risk factors of rosacea correctly,which can be beneficial to prevent and treat rosacea.The advances in the risk factors of rosacea have been summarized in this review.
