摘　　要：在市场经济繁荣发展的背景下,建筑行业的发展越来越快,建设工程项目所面临的管理压力也随着增加,在保证建设工程项目质量的同时还需要做到减少建设周期、节约建设成本。在这样的条件下,建设工程项目的质量管理就是建设项目实施的关键,本文以益阳“一园两中心”PPP项目为例分析建设工程项目在工程质量管理中存在的问题,并根据相关问题提出相应的解决策略。Under the background of the prosperity and development of the market economy,the development of the construction industry is getting faster and faster,and the management pressure of the construction projects is also increasing.While ensuring the quality of the construction projects,it is also necessary to reduce the construction cycle and save the construction costs.Under such conditions,the project quality management of the construction project is the key to the construction project.This paper takes the Yiyang"one park and two centers"PPP project as an example to analyze the problems existing in the project quality management of the construction project,and puts forward the corresponding solution strategies according to the problem.
